A full-service design package will be the complete design experience, where I'll complete your project from beginning to end.  

This will include:

 

Initial Consultation, including:

• A One-hour Zoom or Phone Consultation where expectations and hopes for the project will be discussed, as well as establishing working compatibility.

• An Email Questionnaire to establish budget, timeline of work, and client lifestyle.

• An in-person meeting to view the space, and take photos, and measurements.

 
Design Proposal, including:

• Moodboard.

• Draw over photos of space.

• One Computer Rendered Image, One Elevation, and One hand drawn render per room.

• Hard and Soft Furnishing selections (tile, millwork, paint/wallpaper selections first) through vision boards. 

 

Ordering and Install, including: 

• Recommendations for contractors if necessary. 

• Install of furniture and styling. 

• Framed print of interior render.

*$1200 starting rate for 16 hr minimum plus $70 per additional hour

$700 per Room

The Space Planning package is a great in-between option if you're looking for interior design services but don't need a full top-to-bottom designer, and/or feel confident to do installation and ordering yourself.

This will include:

 

Initial Consultation, including:

• A Thirty-minute Zoom or Phone Consultation where expectations/hopes for the project will be discussed, as well as establishing working compatibility.

• An Email Questionnaire to establish budget, timeline of work, and client lifestyle.

• An in-person meeting to view the space, and take photos, and measurements. (1.5-2 hours)

 

Design Proposal, including:

• Moodboard.

• One Computer Rendered Image and One Elevation per room. 

• Hard and Soft Furnishing selections (tile, millwork, paint/wallpaper selections first) through vision boards and shopping list.

A design consultation will help you get started on your interior design journey and give you concrete ideas and steps you can take to begin and finish your design journey. 

This will include:

Initial Consultation, including:

• A Thirty-minute Zoom or Phone Consultation where expectations and hopes for the project will be discussed, as well as establishing working compatibility.

• An Email Questionnaire to establish budget, timeline of work, and client lifestyle.

• An in-person meeting to view the space, take measurements, design list of recommendations, paint colors, construction work, suggested Furniture and finishes list (1.5 hours).

A hand-drawn interior render will be a drawn view of the future of your space, giving you the ability to visualize all the potential possibilities.
